About Me

I have a passion for supporting people to grow and have been doing so in a corporate and civil service environment for 27 years. I've been coaching teams and individuals for the last 11 of these. I have coached leaders from board level, down to high potential new leaders, and have deep expertise in coaching Agile roles such as Agile Leaders, Scrum Masters and Product Owners. I have held multiple management roles myself, such as Practice Lead, Performance Manager, Lead Developer and Project Manager allowing me to empathise with the role of leader. I speak at conferences to share my message on topics including change, coaching, courage and candour, and I'm an active supporter of community meet-ups. I live in Edinburgh with my husband, 2 teen children and 2 cats.
