What is included in a coaching programme?

Aside from the sessions, support between the sessions will be available, along with additional reflective activities if desired.​

Where will coaching sessions be conducted?

Sessions are via Zoom. It is helpful if you can find a quiet space for your session. I am also available for “in person” coaching within the Edinburgh area. Please just ask if you are interested in this.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes, everything we discuss will be kept strictly confidential, except when releasing such information is required by law and/or safeguarding reasons.
